Recent Advances in Translational Pediatric Oncology
The inaugural Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Childhood Cancer Research (CCCR) Scientific Symposium entitled “Recent Advances in Pediatric Translational Oncology” will be held on Thursday October 25, 2012. We believe that this event represents not only the strong partnership between the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, but also that this will be a productive and outstanding day. The symposium will focus on cutting-edge research impacting the field of cancer in general, with particular relevance to the pediatric cancer problem. We look forward to hearing about not only the latest discoveries in oncology research, but we also hope to address the challenges and opportunities that the pediatric oncology community faces in the area of translational oncology. We have attached below the proposed schedule for the conference.
